Cork & Fork believes in working with local farms and purveyors to maintain sustainability and seasonality. We recognize the local culture, their customs and environment by adapting our menu, cuisine and ingredients accordingly with the utmost respect and creativity. We pride ourselves in finding and offering extraordinary cured, cooked and smoked meats with wonderful artisanal cheeses. In addition, all of our pastas are made in house, creating the most authentic and delicious dishes to bring to your table. We believe good food and good people bring an extraordinary experience when dining out. We also pride ourselves in being a gem in the city of Harrisburg.

 

Our pizza philosophy is to source and utilize the finest imported and domestic products for our pizza. We believe that the better the quality of the raw ingredients, the finer the end result. Our pizza crust is made using the finest grains, and after being cooked at 850 degrees, the outer crust is left with the perfect char.
